Prime Minister Zandanshatar Gombojav continues his work in the Khuvsgul aimag.

The Cabinet Secretariat is preparing for an important meeting scheduled for January 15, 2026, where the chairpersons of the khurals, representatives of the citizens of the capital, and governors will gather. It is expected that during this meeting agreements reflecting the results of their work will be signed.

Before this event, the Government of Mongolia will organize an online session to ensure a unified understanding of the economic, social, and sectoral policies that will be implemented in 2026 among the leaders of the aimags, the capital, soums, and districts.

The Deputy Head of the Cabinet Secretariat, Radnaased Shatarbal, emphasized that unlike past meetings, where information was exchanged only between the leaders of the aimags and the capital, this time the data will be provided integratively, covering leaders, heads of departments, and other officials at the aimag, capital, soum, and district levels. He also noted the importance of providing government services to citizens without bureaucracy and with maximum transparency.

The virtual meeting includes leaders from 21 aimags, the capital, and over 300 soums and districts.

During the meeting, Zandanshatar presented a brief analysis of the current socio-economic situation, achievements for 2025, and the strategic priorities of the government for 2026.

The Prime Minister also informed the participants about the 300-day action plan aimed at accelerating economic recovery and ensuring its benefits for citizens. He urged local authorities to actively participate in the implementation of this plan, which is aimed at creating conditions for economic growth, protecting citizens' livelihoods, improving the business environment, and maintaining a stable macroeconomic climate.
