According to him, it is expected that over 3,000 people will participate in the event.
Athletes will compete in 43 different disciplines, including national games, horse racing, equestrian competitions, traditional wrestling, intellectual games, archery, and hunting with falcons and dogs.
Kazybek Moldazhiyev also noted that the national team of Kyrgyzstan has already begun preparations for the upcoming Games.
The opening ceremony of WNG-2026 is scheduled for August 31 at the under-construction stadium in Bishkek. Participants will be transferred to Issyk-Kul on September 1, and the sports competitions will begin on September 2.
