Meeting participants proposed their ideas for accelerating the development of the industry and overcoming existing obstacles.
The President noted that the light industry plays an important role in the country's economy by creating jobs and generating export revenues. He called on the responsible authorities to take swift and targeted actions.
As a result of the meeting, Sadyr Japarov gave specific instructions to the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Adylbek Kasymaliev, and relevant ministers regarding the resolution of accumulated problems and the systemic development of the light industry.
The President will personally oversee the progress of work in this direction.
