Adylbek Kasymaliev transferred about 40 units of special vehicles to the Ministry of Energy

Today, the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan, Adylbek Kasymaliev, handed over the keys to new special vehicles to representatives of the Ministry of Energy.

According to information from the Ministry of Energy, as part of the capital construction and modernization plan for the facilities of the OJSC "Kyrgyzstan National Electric Network," 17 JAC–T8 vehicles and 8 SHANMON–388H backhoe loaders were purchased. Additionally, within the framework of the project "Modernization and Sustainable Development of the Energy Sector," 2 45-meter-high aerial lifts based on KAMAZ-43118 and 10 JAC–N56 vehicles were acquired.

The total cost for the 37 units of special equipment amounted to 145.8 million soms.

During the ceremonial event, Kasymaliev emphasized that the development of the energy sector is a crucial direction of state policy. He also noted that under the instruction of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Sadyr Japarov, large-scale and coordinated construction works are being carried out in the energy sector, along with the implementation of significant projects.

"The energy sector of Kyrgyzstan continues to develop and strengthen. We see the renewal of hydropower capacities, modernization of hydropower plants, as well as the extension of the operational life of energy facilities. This is the result of your work. In recent years, we have acquired hundreds of units of special equipment. I am confident that positive changes in this area will continue. Today, we have handed over new equipment to you, which will serve the people and the state," said Adylbek Kasymaliev.

By the way, in 2025, more than 160 units of special vehicles were purchased for the needs of the energy and coal industries.
