The Orlovka City Hall reported the attraction of 59.8 million soms in 2025 from the republican budget and private investments, made possible by the active work of Mayor Aman Koyshybaev and his team.
The city continues to implement important infrastructure projects to improve the quality of life for residents, the economy, and safety.
Among the completed projects:
1. Podgornoye Village
A pumping station for irrigation water has been successfully built here, solving the water supply problem. The funding amounted to 2 million 610 thousand soms.
2. Street Lighting
The street lighting works on the territory of the city hall have been completed, ensuring the safety of residents. The total investment amount is 1 million 230 thousand 628 soms.
3. Major Road Repairs
The major repair of a 1,826-meter road on Frunze Street has been completed with total investments of 29 million soms.
4. Oktorok Gorge
To enhance the safety of water supply, fences funded by the Kemin district development fund were installed at a cost of 4 million 620 thousand soms.
5. Additional Works
11 million 900 thousand soms were allocated for the replacement of electrical systems in pumping stations.
6. Education
Repairs of classrooms on the 3rd floor of Secondary School No. 1 were carried out with the contracting organization OsOO "Torg Key Ji" for a total of 1 million 433 thousand 100 soms.
7. School Furniture Update
New furniture worth 3 million 190 thousand soms was purchased for two schools, improving conditions for students.
8. Sports and Children's Infrastructure
New playgrounds and workout complexes have been installed in Orlovka and Podgornoye at a total cost of 3 million 845 thousand soms, creating opportunities for active recreation.
The city hall is actively negotiating with various organizations on new projects planned for implementation in 2026.
As part of social support, 20 families were provided with 3 tons of coal each, and 15 families received 2 tons each. Additionally, assistance with heating payments was provided to 18 citizens. The total amount of assistance was 648 thousand 400 soms.
