Residents of MTF-2, Nur-Kojo, Ak-Bata, Ak-Zhar, Lebedinovka, Alamudun, Lower Ala-Archa, and 305-MAB, who were included in the Sverdlovsk district as part of the administrative-territorial reform, attended the meeting.
Various social and infrastructure issues were discussed, in particular, water supply, road conditions, sewage, and the lack of public transport.
Regarding transport and roads, Ulanbek Beyshenbaev, head of the Transport Department, reported on plans to introduce new 8-meter buses, which will start operating only after the repair and restoration of the road surface is completed.
The mayor noted that road repair work will not begin until the issues with water supply and sewage are resolved. He also announced the creation of a special program, developed at the request of the President, for the development of new districts by 2030, with a total budget of about 9 billion soms, of which 2.5–3 billion soms have already been allocated this year.
Additionally, the meeting addressed issues related to land plots. The mayor emphasized that during the construction of roads, illegally installed economic structures and new foundations will be dismantled; however, previously identified illegal residential buildings will not be demolished.
He also added that in the future, the construction of illegal structures must be stopped.
As a result of the meeting, the mayor instructed the heads of the relevant services and departments to take immediate measures to address the issues raised, setting clear deadlines for their implementation.
