In the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, residential houses built without the necessary documents were discovered on the site where a bypass road is planned to be constructed in the northern part of the city. This was reported by representatives of the Oktobersky District Administration.
During a meeting with residents of the "Anar-Bak," "Kyrman," and "Salkyn-Tor" areas, the head of the municipal administration, Zhanibek Orozaliev, spoke about the commencement of road construction work.
According to Zhanibek Orozaliev, during the preparation of the project, houses that are illegally located on the territory designated for road construction were identified. This is particularly true for the "Salkyn-Tor" area. Residents were informed about the procedure for accounting and further actions in accordance with the legislation.
In the "Anar-Bak" area, residential buildings were also found to be constructed on plots that do not have a state act confirming ownership rights.
Orozaliev announced the establishment of a new state commission to review cases of illegal land use.
As emphasized by the administration, the commission will individually analyze each case of illegal construction, make appropriate decisions, and act within the framework of current legislation. All subsequent measures regarding the identified objects will be carried out based on the commission's decisions.
At a meeting with residents of the "Kyrman" area, the district head noted that work is currently underway to clarify the boundaries of land plots as part of the land amnesty program. Based on the results of this work, the commission will make decisions regarding the confirmation of citizens' ownership rights to land plots and residential houses.
The administration noted that all plans for the city's development are being implemented openly and in accordance with current legislation.
