According to the document, guided by Article 34 of the law "On Local State Administration and Local Self-Government Bodies," as well as Article 6 of the law "On Municipal Property," having reviewed and discussed the proposal of the Osh City Mayor's Office regarding the transfer of property from state ownership to the municipal ownership of the city of Osh, and taking into account the decision of the permanent deputy commission of the Osh City Council on issues of architecture, construction, municipal property, ecology, and emergency situations dated December 19, 2025, No. 63, the Osh City Council has resolved to agree to the acceptance of the following objects from state ownership into the municipal ownership of the city of Osh:
– real estate (a building with land) owned by OJSC "Kyrgyzkomur," located at: Osh city, Alisher Navoi Street, 54;
– real estate owned by the Osh Regional Children's and Youth Sports School, located at: Osh city, Alymbek Datka Street, 5/2.
The City Council has mandated the Osh City Mayor's Office to carry out the necessary procedures for the acceptance of the property into municipal ownership in accordance with the established legislative procedure.
The resolution comes into force from the day of its official publication.
