As a result of the investigation, it became known that a land plot of 1 hectare, which previously belonged to the Society, was located at: Bishkek, B. Isakiev Street, No. 1, and was unlawfully divided into several smaller plots.
“On some of these plots, the construction company ‘Pioneer’ was building apartment buildings. As a result of the measures taken, the state recovered basement premises with a total area of 499.08 square meters, which had been illegally privatized and removed from state ownership in violation of the law,” the statement said.
