In January 2026, the public association "Bilimlend" organized a training program, during which 120 teachers from the Aitmatov, Talas, Bakai-Ata, Manas districts, and the city of Talas improved their skills and received certificates.
According to Ernist Jakypov, the head of "Bilimlend", in 2024, training was conducted exclusively in the Manas district, but in the next academic year, the initiative covered the entire Talas region thanks to funding from "Alliance Altyn":
“Initially, we worked only in one district. With the support of the company, this year we managed to train teachers from almost all schools approved by the regional education authorities. We also provided one hundred teaching aids for ORT preparation to each district. Now teachers will return to their schools, organize two-month courses for graduates, and receive rewards for their efforts,” he noted.
Representatives of city and district education authorities emphasized the importance of such initiatives and expressed gratitude to the organizers.
The main goal of the project is to improve the quality of education in the Talas region and assist graduates from remote settlements in achieving high results on the Republican Unified Test.
Since its inception, "Alliance Altyn" has continued to actively support the educational sector and finance various social and educational projects.
