At the intersection of Manas Avenue and Bokonbaev Street in Bishkek, a new 25-story business center named “Aviator” is planned to be constructed by OJSC “Airports of Kyrgyzstan.” This information was provided by the company's press service.
This project promises to become one of the most striking architectural innovations in the capital, combining elements of business infrastructure, hotel services, and aviation aesthetics.
“Aviator” will be designed in an aviation style, with design solutions inspired by the themes of flight and high technology. Inside the building, there will be office spaces, restaurants, boutiques, a hotel, and other areas for startups, entrepreneurs, and representatives of creative industries.
The key feature of the new complex will be a helicopter pad on the roof of the building.
According to information from OJSC “Airports of Kyrgyzstan,” the project will be financed by a Chinese company; however, the timelines and cost of implementation have not yet been disclosed.

It is also planned that Asman Airlines, a subsidiary of OJSC “Airports of Kyrgyzstan,” will operate business and tourist helicopter flights around Bishkek and the surrounding areas, for which it intends to purchase a helicopter in the near future.
“The ‘Aviator’ project should become a new center of attraction for investors, businesses, and tourists, as well as a symbol of modern and innovative Bishkek,” said Manasbek Samidinov, Chairman of the Board of OJSC “Airports of Kyrgyzstan.”
