OJSC "Airports of Kyrgyzstan" has acquired three modern de-icers from "Vestergaard Company A/S," a specialized manufacturer that offers equipment for combating ice on aircraft before takeoff.
Manasbek Samidinov, Chairman of the Board of OJSC "Airports of Kyrgyzstan," noted that this Danish company is an expert in the production of ground aviation equipment, including de-icers and similar technology.
Interestingly, Vestergaard devices are widely used in international airports and have proven to be reliable and high-tech, meeting the strictest global standards.
“These de-icers are extremely important during the winter period, as even a minimal layer of ice can negatively affect the aerodynamic characteristics of the aircraft. The new equipment ensures quick and even processing of the aircraft, fully complying with international requirements. Our company is actively investing in the modernization of infrastructure, as we recognize that aviation starts on the ground, with people, processes, and equipment,” Manasbek Samidinov wrote on his social media account.
