President Sadyr Japarov issued an official warning to Kanibek Tumanbaev, who holds the position of head of the State Affairs Department. This information was provided by the president's press secretary, Askhat Alagozov.
The warning was prompted by a video that appeared on social media following Tumanbaev's visit to the market in Osh on February 4. In the video, he demonstrates a harsh communication style with one of the vendors.
“The head of state noted that when interacting with citizens, it is necessary to adhere to ethical standards, show restraint and culture in communication, and also instructed all civil servants to conduct a correct and respectful dialogue with the population,” added Alagozov.
