In 2025, in Manas, located in the Jalal-Abad region, 1,224 families became owners of mortgage apartments.
According to information provided by the local mayor's office, residential complexes are currently being built on municipal land plots designated for construction at 13 addresses.
The first of these complexes, known as "Asman Residence 1," was officially opened on May 12, 2025, on D. Malashev Street, where keys to the new apartments were handed over by President Sadyr Japarov.
Additionally, on August 30, 2025, two other complexes were put into operation: "Asman Residence 2" and "Asman Residence 3," located on R. Azimov and Jenijok Streets in the "Sputnik" microdistrict. The head of state again attended the ceremony of handing over keys to the new residents. Thus, in just one year, living conditions were provided for 1,224 families in Manas.
Currently, construction is ongoing in the city for seven more residential complexes named "Asman Residence" with numbers 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, and 14.
