Modular technologies will be used in construction
In the village of Kyzyl-Suu, the creation of a modern city is planned, as reported by local authorities in an interview with Turmush.
Ermek Bakhaevdinov, the akim of the Jeti-Oguz district, stated that a delegation from Kyrgyzstan visited the Chinese city of Kashgar, where negotiations took place regarding the development of a new urban project in the territory of the rural area.
The implementation of this project will be handled by a Chinese development company that has been operating internationally since 2012 and has experience in modular construction.
It is planned to construct residential complexes, social and commercial infrastructure, as well as a modular construction factory on an area of 5 hectares. The total area of the new town will be 15 hectares. Construction work is expected to begin in 2026.
