As part of the city hall program for 2026, the following works are envisaged:
- to build 19 km of new roads;
- to reconstruct 100 km of existing ones;
- to construct six new bridges;
- to build one road interchange funded by the local budget.
The city hall reminded that last year, 92 kilometers of roads were repaired, and in 2024, 62 kilometers, while before 2023, the average construction rate was only 17 kilometers per year.
Thus, in 2025, the volume of road works increased fivefold compared to previous periods.The mayor noted that the approach to road construction has changed: first, the replacement of engineering networks is carried out, and then work on the construction and major repairs of roads is conducted. In addition, projects for the creation of multi-level parking lots are being considered.
