The 'Ramadan Tent' will open in Bishkek on February 20.
Starting February 20, 2026, a new social and charitable project called "Ramadan Tent" will be launched in the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek. This initiative, supported by the Public Charitable Foundation "Al-Umma" and active citizens, has been uniting people around the values of compassion, peace, and harmony for 10 years.

Throughout the Holy month of Ramadan, daily iftars will be held in the "Tent," accompanied by cultural events. The main focus of the organizers is on supporting the most vulnerable groups of the population, including orphans, people with disabilities, children from orphanages, large families, single mothers, and the elderly. It is expected that more than 6,000 people will visit the project over the month.

The goal of this project is not only to provide humanitarian aid but also to create a festive atmosphere for those facing difficulties. Additionally, it promotes the strengthening of civic engagement and care for others. The experience of conducting the "Ramadan Tent" in Bishkek and Osh has been highly appreciated by both local residents and international media, becoming a symbol of friendship between nations.

It is important to note that the project annually attracts well-known philanthropists from around the world. In 2024, the "Al-Umma" foundation invited the famous Turkish chef Burak Özdemir to Kyrgyzstan, and in 2025, the project featured South Korean influencer and philanthropist Daud Kim.

For more information about the project or to offer support, please contact the director of the Public Charitable Foundation "Al-Umma," Eliana-Maryam Satarova, at the phone number: 0707 33 53 69.
