According to Tumanbaev, in "Unaa," car owners will only be able to obtain state license plates and a vehicle registration certificate. These documents will be issued in a one-stop-shop format.
In addition, Tumanbaev commented on the situation with training in driving schools, which is supposed to last for 10 months.
He noted: "We can shorten the duration to four months, but for that, it is necessary to attend classes. However, in practice, we observe that trainees do not come to lessons. There should be 18 people in the group, but only three or four attend classes," he added.
