In the program "My Home," implemented by the State Mortgage Company, most applications come from citizens wishing to take advantage of the preferential mortgage. This was reported on the air of Birinchi Radio by Kylchbek Keldibekov, head of the sales department of the State Mortgage Company.
As of August 29, 2025, according to updated data on the mortgage company's website, there are 35,459 citizens registered in the queue for the "Preferential Mortgage."
"Among those waiting for their turn for the preferential mortgage, the majority are employees of government institutions. When distributing apartments, a percentage approach is applied: the total number of citizens in the queue across three directions is considered as 100 percent. Depending on the number of applicants for the 'Preferential Mortgage,' a corresponding percentage is allocated. Similarly, distribution is carried out for the 'Affordable Mortgage' and 'Social Mortgage' directions, taking into account the balance," he noted.
According to data as of August 29, 2025, the number of citizens waiting for housing in other directions is:
- 'Social Mortgage' — 6,251 citizens;
- 'Affordable Mortgage' — 14,112 citizens.
