As part of the quota program of the State Mortgage Company (GIK), additional apartments are to be allocated for government bodies and institutions actively involved in construction. This was announced on the air of Birinchi Radio by Kylchbek Keldibekov, head of the sales department at GIK.
Keldibekov explained that in order to receive the apartments, the specified institutions must provide GIK with land or financial resources.
“We can allocate up to 20% of the total number of constructed facilities on a quota basis for those government bodies and institutions that have provided land or financing for construction. It is important to note that such apartments can only be received by those citizens who are on the waiting list under the GIK program 'My Home', including the 'Preferential Mortgage', 'Affordable Mortgage', and 'Social Mortgage' directions,” he added.
Keldibekov also noted that among the organizations that previously assisted in the construction of facilities are the Penal Enforcement Service, the Ministry of Defense, and the Border Service.
