During the meeting, representatives of the prosecutor's office and the district tax service provided comprehensive information about the provisions of Presidential Decree No. 18 of the Kyrgyz Republic, issued on January 28, 2026. The decree concerns a temporary ban on conducting tax audits of business entities and includes clarifications on the rights and responsibilities of entrepreneurs.
The aim of this initiative is to support local entrepreneurs, enhance their legal literacy, and establish closer cooperation with government bodies.
The Manas Prosecutor's Office plans to continue its work in informing entrepreneurs about the requirements of this decree.
