Digital tools are being implemented in youth policy in Kyrgyzstan. A document has been signed

The Minister of Culture, Information, and Youth Policy of Kyrgyzstan, Mirbek Mambetaliev, held a meeting with Samman Jung Tapa, the head of the UNICEF office in the country. The press service of the ministry informed about this event.

As a result of the discussions, a joint action plan was signed, which will focus on supporting youth and adolescents in 2026-2027. This document aims to create a robust support system for youth that aligns with national priorities and the Sustainable Development Goals, as well as to promote volunteering.

An important aspect of this plan is the emphasis on the implementation of digital technologies. In particular, it includes the resumption of the U-Report platform, updating the website volunteer.kg, creating a mobile application for volunteers, and systematically integrating digital solutions into the state’s youth policy.
