Additionally, in 2025, 4 billion 348 million soms were allocated for 114 infrastructure projects, which allowed for the full financing of 82 roads. A significant amount of 2.2 billion soms was directed to the road from Uzgen to Myrza-Ake to Kara-Kuldja, as well as 317.9 million soms for 13 water supply facilities and 19 irrigation systems, added Kasymaliev.

According to him, 1 billion 329.2 million soms were allocated to support local budgets, and in total, about 11 billion soms were received by the Osh region from the republican budget in 2025.
The budget of the Osh region amounted to 4 billion 731 million soms in 2024, while in 2025, revenues reached 6 billion 447 million soms, which is 2.3 billion soms more compared to the previous year. Nevertheless, the head of the cabinet emphasized that this is not enough. "The Osh region occupies a worthy place in the socio-economic development of the country, but productivity remains low. For instance, the gross output of industrial products in the small Talas region amounted to 51 billion soms, while in the Osh region it reached only 22.8 billion soms, which is 2.3 times less," he noted.
