Of this amount, 3.7 billion soms were allocated for 242 social projects, including the construction and repair of 133 schools, 57 kindergartens, 17 healthcare institutions, and 35 cultural and sports facilities. Additionally, work was financed on 114 infrastructure projects, including 82 roads amounting to 4 billion 348 million soms. For the Uzgen — Myrzake — Kara-Kuldja road, 2 billion 200 million soms were allocated, as well as 317 million 900 thousand soms for water supply and irrigation systems.
The Osh region also received transfers to support local budgets amounting to 1 billion 329 million soms. In total, about 11 billion soms were received in the region from the republican budget.
The head of the cabinet noted that the revenues of the regional budget increased from 4 billion 731 million soms in 2024 to 6 billion 447 million in 2025. However, he pointed out the insufficient pace of the region's development.
As a result of the evaluation, the Uzgen and Chon-Alai districts were marked as "good," while the overall performance of the Osh region was deemed satisfactory.
