Measures aimed at combating illegal trade in petroleum products along the Bishkek–Chaldabar road are being conducted. This information was provided by the press service of the Traffic Police of the Chui region.
As a result of the raid, protocols were drawn up against individuals engaged in the illegal sale of fuel, in accordance with Article 179 of the Code of Offenses. Each violator was fined 3 thousand soms.
Three cases of transporting hazardous materials without the necessary permits were also recorded. For these violations, each offender was fined 15 thousand soms.
In cooperation with tax authorities, 1 thousand liters of fuel were seized. The confiscated petroleum products have been transferred to the relevant authorities in accordance with established procedures.
