In the city of Kara-Kul, they celebrate State Flag Day and Ak Kalpak Day

On March 3, a solemn event took place in Kara-Kul, in the square in front of the city hall, dedicated to the celebration of the adoption of the state flag of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Day of the Ak Kalpak, which is celebrated on March 5.

Participants in the event included Deputy Mayor Manas Abdykalykov, heads of local institutions and enterprises, military personnel from unit No. 7706, as well as students from Lyceum No. 89 and the Kara-Kul branch of the Kyrgyz State Technical University named after I. Razakov.

The Deputy Mayor, opening the celebration, congratulated the residents of the city on these significant dates. He emphasized that the state flag embodies the independence and unity of the country, while the ak kalpak represents a sacred symbol reflecting the rich history, spiritual values, and uniqueness of the Kyrgyz people.

The event concluded with a concert program prepared by the staff of the House of Culture, where the dance ensemble "Zhas Kyial" performed traditional national dances, creating a festive atmosphere for the audience.
