Shavkat Mirziyoyev, the President of Uzbekistan, congratulated the people of his country on the beginning of Ramadan, characterizing it as a symbol of goodness, mercy, and generosity of spirit. During Ramadan, charitable events are planned, as well as the opening of the Center for Islamic Civilization in Tashkent and the Imam Bukhari complex in Samarkand. The president expressed hope for the cessation of conflicts and the strengthening of peace and cooperation at the global level.
Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, the President of Kazakhstan, noted in his congratulatory message that the holy month is a period of spiritual purification and moral growth, as well as an expression of mercy. According to him, Orazа fosters the development of resilience, patience, modesty, and responsibility. He emphasized that the spiritual values of Ramadan resonate with the principles of the rule of law, justice, and patriotism, which are the foundation for the country's development.
Serdar Berdymukhamedov, the President of Turkmenistan, congratulated his citizens on the holy month of Orozо, noting that this time symbolizes kindness and humanism. He emphasized that the Turkmen people, adhering to the principles of friendship and good character, traditionally honor the spiritual values of Islam by fasting, praying, and gathering for meals with family. The head of state wished everyone health, happiness, and success in striving for the prosperity of the country.
