With the upcoming New Year, several foreign leaders congratulated the President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov and the people of the country.
Among those who sent their congratulations are the Chairman of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping, Presidents of Russia Vladimir Putin, Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, and Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon.
The President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdymukhamedov also expressed his best wishes.
In his congratulatory telegram, he noted: "I sincerely congratulate you on the upcoming 2026 year! I wish you health, happiness, and success in your endeavors that contribute to strengthening partnership and mutual understanding on the international stage. May the New Year bring prosperity and well-being to the people of your country."
The President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev sent a personal congratulation, while the leader of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko wished the people of Kyrgyzstan peace, harmony, and prosperity.
Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan also congratulated on the New Year, expressing hope for the activation of cooperation between Armenia and Kyrgyzstan in 2026.
In his telegram, he stated: "I am full of hope that efforts aimed at enhancing cooperation and strengthening mutually beneficial interaction between Armenia and Kyrgyzstan will contribute to the productive development of relations between Yerevan and Bishkek in the coming year for the prosperity of our peoples and regional solidarity."
Additionally, congratulations came from the Presidents of the United Arab Emirates Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Iran Masoud Pezeshkian, the Republic of Korea Lee Jae-myung, as well as from the Prime Minister of Japan Sanae Takaichi.
Among others who sent their congratulations were the Presidents of Poland Karol Nawrocki, Slovenia Nataša Pirc Musar, and Italy Sergio Mattarella.
