In the mayor's office, it was noted that this car became one of ten vehicles donated to the mayor's office by residents of the Jalal-Abad region during Toktorbaev's tenure as mayor. Nine of these cars were distributed among territorial administrations, while one remained at the mayor's disposal.
During his time as mayor, Toktorbaev repeatedly received cars as gifts. For example, among them:
- "Toyota Land Cruiser 300," which was received on February 11, 2025, from the residents of the Jalal-Abad region. This car has also now been transferred to the mayor's office.
- "Changan," handed over on July 9, 2025, by Kamchybek Tashiev, who noted that the car was presented to Toktorbaev for his effective work. This car is now assigned to "OshTV."
- "Li 9," received in September 2025 from the president of the country.
As clarified by the mayor's office, Jenishbek Toktorbaev currently has the "Toyota Land Cruiser 300" and "Li 9" at his disposal.
It was previously reported that Toktorbaev's relatives from the Jalal-Abad region gifted him a "Toyota Land Cruiser 300," valued between 80,000 and 150,000 dollars. He decided not to use this car for personal needs and transferred it to the mayor's office.
This is already the third car that has been gifted to Toktorbaev during his tenure as mayor. He previously received a "LiXiang L9," which was also accepted into municipal ownership.
Additionally, on September 17, 2025, during a working visit to Bishkek, President Sadyr Japarov gifted Toktorbaev an official car. Its value ranges from 30,000 to 65,000 dollars, depending on the configuration and year of manufacture.
The car was handed over to the mayor the day after the president issued him a severe reprimand for "improper performance of official duties."
In July 2025, the head of the State Committee for National Security, Kamchybek Tashiev, also presented Toktorbaev with a "Changan X5 Plus" on behalf of the president. This Chinese-made crossover, the "X5 Turbo" version, at that time cost between 11,500 and 13,200 dollars, depending on the configuration and year of manufacture, with an average price of 12,000 dollars for the 2025 model with a 1.5-liter engine.
