The amount of the "Bala Yrysy" allowance will be 1200 soms. This financial assistance will be provided to citizens of Kyrgyzstan and children whose parents have the status of a "kairylman." Adeel Zhomartova, the chief specialist of the state benefits department of the Ministry of Labor, Social Protection, and Migration, shared this information during the "Elden Sobol" program on the "Kabar" agency.
One of the conditions is the necessity for the child to live with the mother. Additionally, parents must not be abroad.
To apply for the allowance, the following documents are required:
- mother's passport and child's birth certificate;
- presence of a PIN code.
We remind you that at the beginning of March, the President of Kyrgyzstan, Sadyr Japarov, signed a decree introducing a new monthly state allowance "Bala Yrysy" for all children under three years old.
