The Traffic Safety Department reports the extension of the license issuance period for taxi drivers until February 1, 2026. Starting February 2, inspections will begin across the country to check for licenses among drivers. Currently, there are no queues for obtaining licenses.
Taxi drivers are advised not to leave the license application until the last moment and to take care of obtaining it in advance.
Licenses for taxi operations are available for processing at all branches of the Main Department of Road Traffic Safety throughout Kyrgyzstan.
