On March 27, a ceremony was held at the Talas City Hall where certificates were awarded to participants of the "Social Contract" program.

According to information from the local municipality, 37 families in difficult financial situations who receive child benefits became certificate holders after successfully passing the selection process by the commission.

From 2022 to 2025, 345 low-income families in Talas have already successfully participated in this program. For 2026, the allocation of 68 social contracts for the city is planned. Mayor Nurgazy Asylbekov, who attended the event, expressed hope that the recipients would effectively utilize the assistance from the state and wished them success.

“Within three years, you must move out of the low-income category, become successful entrepreneurs, engage in socially beneficial activities, and contribute to the economic development of Kyrgyzstan by joining the ranks of successful businesspeople,” the mayor noted.

The "Social Contract" program is being implemented in accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers' decree No. 385, signed on July 15, 2022.
