It became known that on January 12, an operation was conducted in the city of Nookat aimed at organizing the central streets and reducing traffic congestion.
The event was attended by the mayor of Nookat, Askarali Abdiabaev, the head of the district police department, Jumanzar Orozbaev, as well as employees of the road traffic safety service and representatives of other government organizations.
As a result of the work carried out, route buses that previously traveled through the city center will now depart from the bus station. Instructions were also given for the installation of metal barriers in places where pedestrians enter the roadway, as well as for organizing informal trade.
In addition, an explanatory conversation was held with citizens about the necessity of crossing the road only at designated pedestrian areas.
