In Bishkek, a meeting was held dedicated to ensuring road safety and compliance with traffic rules by public transport drivers. According to the press service of the mayor's office, the meeting discussed the results of regular raids that take place every week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays at the busiest stops in the city.
Additionally, as part of the event, explanatory work and additional briefings for drivers were conducted to reduce the number of traffic accidents.
During the discussion, participants identified the main causes of accidents and proposed initiatives aimed at increasing the responsibility of public transport drivers and strengthening control over compliance with traffic rules.
