Violations were found at several sites located at the following addresses: Sevastopolskaya St., 8; Slavyanskaya St., 6/1; Furmanov St., 13, where a 14-story residential complex is currently under construction. The Ministry of Construction noted that the basic construction norms were not followed at these sites, and there were serious violations in the field of safety regulations.
In addition, the contractor organized office spaces and received citizens inside the construction site, which was considered a violation of the legislation, as the site falls into the category of high production risk.
As a result of the inspection, the company was fined administratively, and the issue of suspending the license was discussed at a commission meeting held on January 23, 2026. As a result, a decision was made to suspend the license of "Zam Zam Building" for 90 days.
