This initiative aims to improve the management of the turnover of jewelry, create more transparent conditions for doing business, and reduce the administrative burden on conscientious taxpayers.
During the legalization period, reduced rates of assay fees for testing and hallmarking jewelry made of precious metals are in effect:
- For gold, platinum, and palladium products of domestic production, as well as for foreign products purchased abroad, including used ones, the cost is 10 soms per item;
- For silver jewelry of domestic production and foreign ones purchased abroad, including used ones, the price is 8 soms per item.
- Log into the electronic invoice system at esf.salyk.kg.
- Go to the "Acquisition" section, then to the DPBU subsection.
- Click the "Add" button in the upper right corner.
- Select the option "Entering information about precious jewelry made of precious metals".
- After selecting the option, the main details of the document will be generated automatically. The taxpayer will only need to fill in the goods section according to item 19 of the Procedure for the registration and application of invoices.
