He noted that President Sadyr Japarov explained his decision as follows:
“I made this decision, first and foremost, in the interests of our state, to prevent a split in society, including state structures, and conversely - to strengthen unity,” Alagozov quoted the head of state as saying.
As it became known today, February 10, the President of the Kyrgyz Republic signed a decree according to which Kamchybek Tashiev was relieved of his duties as Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Chairman of the State Committee for National Security.
Jumgalbek Shabdanbekov was also appointed as the acting chairman of the GKNB.
