

















In Bishkek, the first meeting of the heads of international military cooperation of the member states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) is taking place, including Belarus, India, Iran, Kazakhstan, China, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Russia, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan. This information was announced by representatives of the Ministry of Defense of Kyrgyzstan.
The meeting is chaired by Colonel Rustam Ormokoey, who is the head of the international military cooperation department at the Ministry of Defense of Kyrgyzstan.
During the event, participants discuss issues related to the implementation of activities outlined in the Cooperation Plan of the defense ministries of the SCO member states for 2026, among which the key one is the organization and conduct of a meeting of the defense ministers of these countries.
As a result of the meeting, a Protocol will be signed by representatives of the SCO member states.
