Talantbek Imanov, born on December 5, 1986, in the village of Uch-Kainar located in the Ak-Suu district of the Issyk-Kul region, is a graduate of the law faculty of the Kyrgyz National University named after J. Balasagyn.
From 2005 to 2008, he served as a platoon commander in the Armed Forces of the Kyrgyz Republic.
