Ubaidulla Satimkulov, a judge of the Pervomaisky District Court of Bishkek, issued an acquittal for Begimai Israilova, who was accused under part 1 of Article 330 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic "Incitement of racial, ethnic, national, religious, or interregional enmity (hatred)." This information was provided by lawyer Akmat Alagushov.

Israilova was detained after she published a video in Reels format on Instagram on November 10, 2025, which, according to the investigation, contained "provocative and derogatory statements aimed at inciting ethnic hatred against citizens of China." The lawyer noted that the content of this video was interpreted as an attempt to form negative stereotypes and undermine interethnic relations. On November 21, 2025, a criminal case was initiated against her, and she was placed in custody. During the investigation, the charge was changed from part 2 to part 1 of Article 330 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and transferred to court.

During the court proceedings, the judge changed the measure of restraint, and then, on March 17, 2026, after reviewing the case materials, decided to acquit Israilova due to the absence of a crime.
