The law was approved by the Jogorku Kenesh on December 25, 2024.
Within the framework of this law, key parameters for both the revenues and expenditures of the Mandatory Health Insurance Fund for 2026 are established, as well as forecast data for the upcoming two years.
Funding from the republican budget for 2026 will exceed 2 billion soms. It is also planned that insurance contributions for mandatory health insurance from the Social Fund budget will reach 6 billion 503 million 418.2 thousand soms.
The budget of the Mandatory Health Insurance Fund for 2026 will be balanced, with revenues and expenditures amounting to 10 billion 737 million 596 thousand soms.
The main sources of budget formation for the fund include allocations from the republican budget and funds received from insurance contributions for mandatory health insurance, which will be transferred from the Social Fund budget.
