According to law enforcement agencies, on June 21, 2025, a 44-year-old man reported to the police. He stated that in late January 2025, unknown individuals, acting with selfish intent, deceitfully took possession of his apartment, re-registered the documents in their name, and then sold the property to third parties.
According to the data, the amount of material damage was 80 thousand dollars, which corresponds to 6,991,200 soms at the current exchange rate.
In connection with the incident, a criminal case was initiated under Article 209 "Fraud" of the Criminal Code of Kyrgyzstan.
As a result of operational search activities, law enforcement officers were able to identify the suspects: I.A., born in 1995, and M.E., born in 1994. Both were placed in a temporary detention facility.
