According to the agency, the director of the municipal enterprise "Suzak Tazalyk Koomu," with the initials M. I., along with an accomplice S. N., used forged documents from the ayil okmotu to sell land plots for individual housing construction in the village of Blagoveshchenka. The cost of the plots ranged from 700,000 to 1.5 million soms.
"In addition, to legalize these illegal sales, they resorted to procedures related to the consideration of disputed issues within the framework of land amnesty," the GKNB clarified.

As part of the criminal case initiated on this matter, M. I. and S. N. were detained and placed in the GKNB investigative isolation facility. Currently, investigative activities are ongoing to identify all aspects of their activities, as well as the amount of illegally obtained funds and possible other accomplices.
