To legitimize their actions, "M.I." and "S.N." attempted to use procedures through state commissions related to land amnesty. As a result of the investigation into the criminal case, both suspects were detained and placed in the detention center of the GKNB KR. Currently, investigative activities are ongoing to establish all episodes of their criminal activity and identify other possible accomplices.
The GKNB emphasizes that such actions undermine citizens' trust in government bodies and harm the interests of the state. Efforts to uncover corrupt schemes in the land sector, especially involving officials and municipal employees, continue.
