According to representatives of the Bailiff Service, the alimony debt amounted to 351,224 soms, and despite the explanatory actions and coercive measures taken, the debtor continued to evade fulfilling his obligations.
In connection with this situation, a criminal case was initiated under Article 178, Part 2 of the Criminal Code. The name of the detained individual is N.N.S.
The Nooken District Court decided on January 30, 2026, to impose a preventive measure in the form of arrest for a period of one month for the suspect.
