According to the investigation, the directors of a driving school located in the Chui Region earned between 40,000 and 120,000 soms by selling fake driver training certificates to citizens outside of Kyrgyzstan. These documents were processed without the applicants' presence.
After receiving the funds, they registered citizens on the state portal, issuing certificates of course completion without conducting any theoretical or practical classes. This allowed them to gain access to exams for obtaining driver's licenses.
The investigative committee found that through one of the intermediaries, 244 students were enrolled in the driving school, resulting in illegal income of 2,760,850 soms.
In accordance with Article 379 ("Forgery of Documents") of the Criminal Code of Kyrgyzstan, B.T. (director of the driving school "J.A."), M.A. (director of the driving school "J.J.A."), and intermediary I.T. were detained and are currently in a temporary detention facility.
During the search, 200 student registration logs, 160 course completion certificates, 264 other documents, 8 electronic data carriers, and one hunting rifle with 40 cartridges were seized. All these items have been recognized as physical evidence in the criminal case.
Additionally, a scheme for the production of counterfeit vehicle registration certificates and transit license plates imported from various countries was discovered.
