Later, on February 3, 2026, a local resident, Ch.A., posted a message on social media, recounting the injury sustained by a 4th-grade student in the village of Tash-Saray (city of Balykchy) while playing on the football field, and raised the issue of responsibility for what happened.
In response to this post, on February 3, 2026, information was registered at the Balykchy Internal Affairs Department for a comprehensive investigation.
During the investigation, it was established that the victim was a 4th-grade student of Gymnasium No. 1 in Balykchy, born in 2015. On February 1, 2026, at approximately 5:30 PM, while playing with neighborhood children, he was crushed by the falling goalposts. The child sustained injuries and was urgently transported to the territorial hospital in Balykchy, where he underwent surgery.
Currently, relevant examinations are being conducted, and pre-trial activities are ongoing.
According to medical information, the boy is currently in the surgical department of the Balykchy City Hospital. Doctors reported that he underwent emergency surgery, during which serious damage to internal organs and the abdominal cavity, as well as internal bleeding, were identified. The child's condition was stabilized, and he was transferred from intensive care to the surgical department, where treatment continues with daily monitoring.
It should be noted that the victim has a rare blood type — I (Rh-negative). According to the doctors, the necessary blood was found, and a transfusion was carried out, which helped normalize the indicators. The child's condition is currently assessed as moderate.
