During the document check, signs of forgery were found on the driver's license. This incident was duly registered, and a forensic examination was appointed for further investigation.
According to the results of the examination, the license issued on March 29, 2024, in the name of citizen H.Sh., was made using a drop-on-demand inkjet printer, which does not comply with the production methods for official forms approved by the State Enterprise "Unaa." Thus, the license was recognized as fake.
In connection with this fact, a criminal case was initiated under Article 379 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic regarding document forgery.
Citizen H.Sh. was detained in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and placed in a temporary detention facility.
