According to the district police department, the incident occurred on February 9, 2026, around 10:30 PM. Citizen N.U. filed a complaint stating that an unknown person damaged his Honda Odyssey by breaking its side mirrors in the residential area of "Tynchtyk."
As a result of the ensuing dispute, the perpetrator used physical force against the complainant, leading to injuries. After the incident, the victim was forced to seek medical assistance at one of the city’s facilities.
Based on this incident, the investigative authorities initiated a criminal case under Article 280 ("Hooliganism") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. Necessary examinations are currently being conducted.

During operational-search activities, the suspect T. Sh., born in 2006, was identified and detained. In accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, he has been placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Internal Affairs Department.
The investigation is ongoing.
