According to the police, the incident occurred on February 9, 2026, around 10:30 PM in the residential area "Tynchtyk." An unknown individual, acting out of hooligan motives, damaged a Honda Odyssey vehicle by breaking its side mirrors. As a result of the conflict, he also inflicted bodily harm on the car owner, N. U., who later sought medical assistance.
In connection with this incident, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 280 "Hooliganism" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, and the necessary examinations have been appointed.
In Bishkek, a man beat a driver and broke the side windows of his car.
During the investigative actions, the suspect T. Sh., born in 2006, was identified and detained. In accordance with the provisions of Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, he has been placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Department of Bishkek.
